Conceived originally for the Museum für Angewandte Kunst in Frankfurt, this exhibition featured artist’s books created in Catalonia from the 1960s to the present day. Large showcase tables contained and illuminated books in numerous different formats and sizes. The sheets of glass of the display cases simply rested on the edge of the table and adapted to the various book formats, generating a dynamic and varied visual effect. The furnishings were designed with a view to making them easier to transport and assemble, as well as to enable the exhibition to travel to other cities.
