The exhibition examined graphic commercial advertising for everyday products from the late 19th to the mid-20th century, illustrated by 250 exhibits from the Llinàs Collection (Barcelona) and the Manises Ceramic Museum (Valencia).
The exhibition design consisted of three essential elements: perimeter lines of shelves around the various themed sections, differentiated by colour; a base or sloping plane with a double function, supporting texts and technical information about the items on display and ensuring visitors remained at a secure distance from the works; and lastly, a central island that served as a plinth for three-dimensional pieces that were originally a volumetric attraction in shops of the period.
